John Connor, Ph.D., Associate Professor of Microbiology, Boston University. School of Medicine.
Connor Lab.
Dr. Connor discusses the nature of viruses and their origins -with important information about coronaviruses. The Connor Lab’s focus is on the mechanisms employed by viruses to infect their hosts, and the “strataegies” of victim cells to combat the invader. We learn about the origin of coronaviruses and how they are transmitted. And we hear how research labs use that information to develop defenses.
