Dr. Rosenberg brings more than 25 years of experience in government service and academic and non-profit leadership. He is the author of scores of peer-reviewed studies and reports on fisheries and ocean management and has published on the intersection between science and policy making. In this discussion he explains the present situation in which a significant sector of the American public rejects scientific facts such as climate change. He indicates what the informed public can and must do to diminish resistance to scientific facts and information.
